Christina D'Arrigo is a choreographer and yoga teacher from New York City, and she has been studying movement for over 20 years.  At age seven, she was accepted into Elliot Feld's Ballet Tech, and she began dancing along side his company at the famous Joyce Theater in New York City.  While attending The Ballet Tech School, she performed many of Feld's works.

Christina then attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts and graduated in 2006 with a specialized diploma in Dance. LaGuardia High School, which is better known as the school from the 1980 film, Fame, allowed Christina to realize her passion for choreography when she was able to showcase her first collaborative work titled Sleepers Awake during her third and fourth years.

In May 2010, Christina graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance and a Minor in Studio Arts.  While studying at LMU, she had the opportunity to teach dance to students in New York, Los Angeles and Vail. She was also able to showcase her piece titled Doubted in the 2010 LMU Student Dance Concert, which was created as her final thesis project to obtain her degree. After graduation, Christina moved back to New York City where she was able to showcase several new choreographic works. In September 2011, Christina moved to London, UK to attend the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and achieve her Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Practice and Choreography. For her MFA thesis project, she created a 25 minute dance film called Ego, which is an exploration of choreography through narative filmmaking (watch the trailer here). Christina received her MFA in December 2013.
